Answer: For one reason or another you may need to dissolve
your company at some point. Let's hope it's a good reason, like you sold all the assets of your company and no longer need to file taxes. The only issue with keeping a company incorporated is that you will have to file taxes with the feds and state. To some people this is a hassle and even an expense so the alternative is to file for a dissolution.
