the skill or the ability of a person to communicate effectively and very pleasantly with others. The other similar terms which may be used in place of Interpersonal skills are Communication Skills, or People Skills, or Soft Skills.

Today in this competitive world no one wants to hear harsh words so interpersonal skills gains importance. So the business of any organization will be profitable only if its staff or employees are having good interpersonal skills.
